XACTIMATE ESTIMATE

AN RRA PROFESSIONALLY WRITTEN XACTIMATE ESTIMATE IS ESSENTIAL TO YOUR RECOVERY
XACTIMATE ESTIMATES

Xactimate is the industry standard software and estimating system your insurance company uses to establish rebuilding costs. There are over 12,000 different line item codes available to help adjusters create accurate estimates. Unfortunately, most adjusters are taught to only use a small portion of these, resulting in an inaccurate, low-ball estimate. A proper Xactimate estimate may contain over 1,000 different line items just to rebuild a 2,600 SF house. Unless your adjuster is instructed to use EVERY required code, and has devoted the 50-60 hours of labor needed to create a proper scope and write an Xactimate estimate, the estimate they give you will NOT reflect the correct costs to rebuild your home.

When you hire RRA to write your estimate, we use every applicable Xactimate code. Since we are builders FIRST, we write our estimate from the standpoint of the contractor, and are not restricted by the “company estimating policies” imposed upon your adjuster, which artificially limit rebuilding costs. When you get an RRA estimate, you get:
