David Garcia’s role as Director of Client administration could not be more well-suited. Right out of school, David began working as a remote supervisor helping destitute and displaced families recover from natural and man-made disasters in Cochabamba, Peru. Helping people in need has always been foremost in David’s personal and business life. Beginning in 1981, he worked with a multi-national non-profit organization, and dedicated many years to developing applications that have enabled families throughout the world to learn how to read and write. These educational programs have greatly benefited these disadvantaged families, and helped to improve their lives.
Mr. Garcia is a licensed real estate professional, and has been able to use his years of experience to help displaced and distressed families in the State of California. He began by helping homeowners in California that have lost their homes due to foreclosure or other unforeseen catastrophe. Now, David assists those who have lost their home to fire or other disaster. David has been certified as a Distressed Property Expert. This has given him valuable experience in advocating for displaced homeowners before local and state officials. David’s mission statement is to bring back sanity and normalcy to families and homeowners that have been victimized by natural and economic disaster.
